Saint Margaret of Scotland – Icon Print, Prayer Gift

SAINT MARGARET OF SCOTLAND ICON PRINT

A reverent sacred artwork of Saint Margaret of Scotland, shown with a cross and book, symbols of faith, wisdom, and royal devotion. Born around 1045 in Hungary to an exiled Anglo-Saxon royal family, Margaret later became Queen of Scotland through her marriage to King Malcolm III. She was widely loved for her deep prayer, generosity to the poor, care for pilgrims and orphans, and her efforts to renew Christian life in Scotland. Margaret was also known as a devoted wife and mother who raised her children in faith and learning. She died in Edinburgh in 1093 and remains especially honored as a saint of queenship, motherhood, charity, and holy leadership. This image is especially meaningful for women of faith, mothers, and those with a love for Scottish Christian heritage.
