Blessed Fulton Sheen – Icon Print, Preacher Gift

BLESSED FULTON SHEEN ICON PRINT

This Blessed Fulton Sheen icon honors the beloved 20th-century bishop, preacher, and evangelist in a dignified Byzantine-inspired style. Born in El Paso, Illinois, in the United States, in 1895, Fulton Sheen was later closely associated with Peoria, where he was raised, ordained, and where devotion to his memory remains especially strong. He became widely known for his powerful Catholic teaching, clear public witness, and gift for bringing the Gospel to modern audiences through radio, television, and writing. Serving as a bishop and missionary leader, he inspired countless people through his devotion to Christ, love for the Church, and emphasis on holy living. In this icon, his clerical vestments, cross, and calm direct gaze reflect spiritual authority, wisdom, and pastoral conviction. Set against a luminous gold background, this image brings a thoughtful sense of faith, courage, and Catholic devotion to a prayer corner, study, or sacred home space.
