Saint Thomas the Apostle – Icon Print, Baptism Gift

SAINT THOMAS THE APOSTLE ICON PRINT

A sacred artwork of Saint Thomas the Apostle, one of the Twelve disciples of Christ and a figure long remembered for his journey from doubt to faithful confession. In the Gospel, Saint Thomas is especially known for recognizing the risen Christ and proclaiming, “My Lord and my God,” a moment that made him a lasting symbol of deeper faith, conviction, and devotion. Christian tradition also connects him with missionary preaching beyond the Holy Land, especially toward India, where his witness remained deeply influential. He is shown with a book, reflecting apostolic teaching, the spread of the Gospel, and steadfast belief. In Christian art, Saint Thomas is cherished as a sign of honest seeking, renewed faith, and apostolic courage. With its luminous gold background and solemn icon style, this image brings a strong and prayerful presence to the home.
